EXCLUSIVE handbuilding workshop - with art teacher

Take the time to create something personal and meaningful with your own hands. This is a playful and creative handbuilding workshop where you are free to make anything you’d like, from a sculptural object to a functional piece, or something in between. You will learn accessible ceramic techniques to bring your idea to life, no experience needed!

Whether you want to explore freely or already have something in mind, this workshop is about
shaping your imagination in clay.

In 2 hours, you’ll learn step-by-step how to shape a unique item by hand using simple ceramic techniques such as pinch pots, coils, and slab-building. Your piece will be glazed in a color of your choice and fired for you. After 4–6 weeks, it will be ready to take home!

Duration

The handbuilding workshop lasts 2 hours. 

This exclusive workshop is only planned in SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER and will be hosted by sculpural artist, Corina Vettore, who just graduated from The Hague Art School. Please check calender for exact dates and time.

The studio is located at Gevers Deynootweg in Scheveningen/Den Haag, close to the beach and boulevard.

Costs

The price of the workshop is €60,- p.p.  The price includes materials, guidance, finishing and firing of 1 item, max 15 cm, per person, coffee/tea and some goodies.

Optional: extra painting hour at a later time for €20,- p.p.

for whom

You don’t need any experience for this workshop! 

Minimum of 4 and maximum of 8 participant during the workshop. 

Age: Children from the age of 12 are welcome to join the workshop together with a parent/adult.
